Renting conditions

Rates in this page have in consideration 7 days for two people occupancy. Reservations for fewer days as well as for more than 2 people occupancy are also available with different prices and just through direct request by email.

The house is a three floor apartment with its terrace on the top and its ideal for a single couple or a family with a young child since it offers:

• Bedroom - 1 Big double twin bed (two beds side by side) with 1.80m/2.00m;

• Living room - 1 Sofa bed with 1.40m/1.90m.

All reservations are made based on the timely deliver of a reachable mobile telephone number as well as guests flight arrival and departure details and an estimate for Castello House arrival hour. When applied, please understand that Castello House will NOT be able to commit with a reservation whose guest turn to be unreachable afterwards, without previously have informed us about. Therefore any changes regarding reservations should be reported to us as soon as possible.

Decoration was made having in mind that guest will behave properly surely like they do in their own apartment. Therefore we have also equipped the house with electrical barbecue and all the usual needed stuff including terrace sun umbrella.

Castello house have its 32" LED TV with some special features offering a huge selection of films, four Portuguese channels and, as standard selection, almost an hundred channels frequencies automatically selected from the huge offer being given by Satellite ASTRA 19.2º channels, guaranteeing at least German, English, French and other languages available.

The amount of 58€/week will be added for twice a week cleaning&linen services.

The amount in cash of 150€ will have to be paid on arrival and refunded on departure, providing no damage occurred.

Included services and rules:

Cleaning reasons require that guests have to leave the apartment until 11.00AM on the last day. For the same reasons, entrances generally will just be allowed after 16,00PM. We also appreciate that guest leave the house properly clean when finishing the rental period.

This house is fully equipped and safely prepared to work with the existent electrical power equipment serving all general needs, and therefore respective electrical consumptions are included in the basic price offer during all year. Safety rules dictate that no other power nor heating&cooling devices are allowed to be used inside Castello house, beside the existent.

Castello House also is equipped with a safe box to be programed with the guest own private digital code, allowing to increase their values protection during staying.

Guests now are permitted to make national AND international calls to outside landlines (national --> numbers beginning with 00351 2xxx) without extra cost during their stay using Castello House phone.

Optional full year comfort service:

Castello House seaside proximity in Carvoeiro offers spectacular staying which can be done both winter and summer time.

Having in mind extra comfort and customer satisfaction, we provide an Air Conditioned Cool&Heating service for full year season support. Castello House is equipped with two luxury low noise air conditioned system offering an optional paid service, during all staying.

Optional broadband Internet wired/wireless access service:

We now provide DSL Broadband Internet 8Mbps Wired/Wireless Service access which will be available for guest computers connection trough a regular LAN RJ45 port or 802.11 b/g wireless access (WPA/WPA2 and TKIP/AES). This service is paid once for the all rental and you will be free to use it 24h / 7days, for example to support any Video&VoIP application you might want to use to communicate outside Portugal, web and email servers of your own, etc.!

IP will be automatically delivered by DHCP from Castello router, so your computer will have to be configured in order to be able to acquire it automatically. The necessary hex key for wireless access is indicated under the router at its own label.

Internet use requires guest to have basic computer knowledge since Castello will not provide any technical support besides the basic and necessary access information.
